I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

  • You can reset your password by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT tab. Enter your email in the RETURNING CUSTOMER area and then click on RESET MY PASSWORD. You will be sent a link with instructions to reset your password. The link is valid for 10 minutes only. Reset your password as soon as you receive the link. If you are still having problems use the CONTACT US tab to notify us.

How can I make a change to or cancel an existing order?

  • Click on the CONTACT US tab and submit your request. We will respond back promptly with what we can do for you. For a faster response please have your order # handy.

How can I check the status of an order I placed?

  • The normal delivery time is approximately 14 days after payment approval. Peak seasonal demands or manufacturers out of stock inventory may increase delivery times. Please use the CONTACT US tab on this website to request your order status.

I need to exchange an item that doesn't fit. How can I do that?

  • Sorry, we do not accept any size exchanges as every order is custom made to order.

I enter my coupon/gift certificate # and a message says it is not valid. What's up?

  • This will happen for 2 reasons. You may have entered an incorrect number. Please double check your information and try again. This message will also appear when you have a $0.00 balance.
